End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Brazos Safety Systems' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Brazos Safety Systems provides Flight Data Monitoring and analysis services in partnership with Garmin. By connecting your Garmin account, you authorize us to access your flight logs and related data for the purposes of safety analysis and reporting.

3. Data Collection and Use

We collect flight data from your Garmin devices, including but not limited to flight logs, aircraft information, and operational data. This data is used solely for safety analysis, reporting, and improvement of aviation safety practices.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your flight data will be stored securely for a period determined by regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

5. Privacy and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable regulations.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Garmin authorization. We may terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms.
